SAMANTHA HARRIS. VOGUE AUSTRALIA

Sfila a Londra, Tahiti, Nuova Zelanda, New York e, ben 18 passerelle a Sidney.

TOP MODEL. ABBEY KERSHAW

Abbey Lee Kershaw (1987, Melbourne, Australia). She is most commonly known as Abbey lee. Her career as a model began in 2004 after winning the “Girlfriend Cover Girl Model Search” in Australia; on year later, at the age of 18 Abbey moved to Sydney to begin modeling full time locally. By March 2007 after signing with “Next” Agency Abbey Lee made the big move to the New York City and started to land jobs with several top designers. Models.com named Abbey “The next Superstar”. In 2008 after living in New York for only one year, Abbey Lee rose to the top shooting for world famous photographers such as Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, Inez van Lamsweerde, Vinoodh Matadin, Nick Knight and Craig McDean. That same year, she graced the cover of V, dazed and Confused Australian Vogue being featured as a “Rising Star” proving true as the ad campaigns came flying in for Versace, Gucci, Fendi D&G, Kenzo and others. Abbey Lee joined the rest of the Angles walking in the Victoria Secret show and appeared in Chinese Vogue, Italian Vogue, V, Numero, W and Cosmo to name just a few and has quickly become one of the worlds, top rising models. We buzzed it here first last December. We suspected Abbey Lee was going to kill the runways of NY, which is exactly what she did. That was followed by a Gucci exclusive in Milan which now leaves Paris as the last leg of this young Aussie’s fashion marathon. Of course she’s wanted for everything which means she’s running hard to hit that finish line as “Girl Of The Season”. Abbey Lee has become a regular on the catwalk opening and closing shows all over the globe. She enjoys sports, working out, spending her time with her family and fellow model friends Alice Burdeu, Iekeliene Stange, Skye Stracke, Simon Nessman, Sarah Stephens, Freja Beha Erichsen and Lakshmi Menon.
